SHOP POLICY

These Shop Policies/Terms + Conditions govern the use of themarmaladesky.com.au/shop and the purchase of any goods from this site.

By using this website and online shop you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.

  • All orders must be placed before 5pm to secure next day delivery. All orders received after 5pm will be process in 2 days time. (e.g. order received at 7pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday). We do not offer same day delivery. 

  • We use a combination of our own shop courier as well as outsourced courier companies if necessary. Our delivery routes are determined based on time and efficiency. All deliveries are completed between 9am-6pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. 

  • Please ensure the recipient is available to collect the order. If no one is available, we will leave flowers at, or near, the door if we deem it safe to do so. If flowers are determined undeliverable, a secondary delivery time/location will be organised at the senders expense. 

  • Should you need to cancel or change the details of your delivery please email us as soon as you can, or call 0421 429 344. We know that sometimes a recipient leaves work early, is sick or has moved offices. But as we operate on super-quick turn around times, we really need 24 hours notice to change an order. We will always do our best to accommodate any changes to the best of our abilities.

  • We DO NOT offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your blooms, please contact us at info@themarmaladesky.com.au to discuss ASAP. We will ask for photos as proof so that we can pass these on to our suppliers.

  • We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver at the sender’s expense. 

  • Flowers will always last longer if they are well looked after, please refer to our flower care guide provided on the bouquet tag for instructions. We are not responsible for lack of care once delivered, such as not placing in fresh water or a spike in temperature. All flowers are delivered with wet packaging to ensure they do not dry out, but please keep in mind that this is a temporary solution and flowers must be placed in water immediately after being received. 

  • We DO NOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower or product used in our arrangements No two blooms are the same, so arrangements will differ due to the organic nature of materials and seasonality. Photos used on this website are as a guide only.

  • We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services and products to you. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, such as marketing in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
